Host managment provider NetBenefit announced it is now offering IndexTools on-demand Web analytics solutions.
NetBenefit says IndexTools uses a sophisticated browser-based tracking system to identify and track visitors through a Web site. The system can identify details about where visitors go on a Web site and what they do there. This will enable NetBenefit’s customers to continuously measure the experiences of their Web efforts, helping them to increase sales, reduce marketing costs and encourage visitor retention.
Great partnership for both companies. I was always wondering why hosting providers always run the cheap analytics software and not try to up-sell their customers. This could be a new way for smaller webanalytics solutions to increase business in the more and more competitive market.
