Google Analytics has been down this week for some of it’s users between Tuesday and Wendesday and for some hours on Friday. Luckily no data was lost, reporting is back up.
Still many users got very upset and angry. Usually I believe that people need to relax with software products, especially when they are free. But when Google doesn’t react to their Google Analytics forum or at least publishes some info on their Analytics blog, then I am fully on the side of the users.
