The Emetrics 2007 organizers just published the agenda of their Washington conference:
On October 16 at 9:00 a.m., Rachel Scotto, executive director of market research and CRM for Sony Entertainment, will present a case study titled “Counting on Customers.” In the dynamic and constantly evolving entertainment market spanning movies, home entertainment, television, games and mobile sites, Rachel will review the tools Sony uses, data they leverage and the insights they harvest to increase market share and customer loyalty.
On the final day of the eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit, the 9:00 a.m. keynote “Do You See What I Hear?” will be presented by Lewis Simons, manager of global online research for Dell.
